About Me

I grew up indifferent to history, never imagining it would shape my life’s work. But when I moved from Kenya to the US to study architecture, I was exposed to the profound stories of Martin Luther King Jr., Maya Angelou, and the painful realities many communities faced.

These discoveries led me on a journey of unlearning and healing, especially as I grappled with an identity crisis after leaving a toxic relationship because of domestic violence. In my search for purpose, I found the wisdom in the quote,

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

This inspired me to become a Certified Abuse Recovery Coach, and eventually, a Space Transformation Coach. I now combine life coaching, feng shui, and environmental psychology to help others, particularly BIPOC cyclebreakers, create mindful homes that reflect their true selves.

My focus on decolonising spaces, including homes and workplaces, is a deeply personal mission. It’s not always comfortable, but it’s necessary. I believe our environments shape our lives, and by addressing the impacts of colonisation, we can create spaces where we truly belong.

Colonisation is still present, operating without a clear leader. At its core, colonialism divides, controls, and exploits. Colonialism enforces standards of conduct to control people under the guise of being “better” or more “civilised.” Decolonising seeks to unite, liberate, and nurture.

Why I Connect With Your Audience

My story resonates with those who are on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and reclaiming their identities. As someone who has walked the path from feeling lost and disconnected to finding my voice and purpose, I understand the challenges and triumphs that come with personal transformation. I speak to those who are ready to break cycles, challenge the status quo, and create spaces—both physical and emotional—that reflect their true selves.
